On-shell renormalization of sine-Gordon by the quantum inverse scattering method

This work defines a renormalization scheme for the sine-Gordon model using quantum inverse scattering methods and an on-shell condition. It shows that after rescaling and applying this condition, lattice regularization limits become uniform. This scheme fixes the mass parameter by matching the lightest breather mass to the linearized boson mass, providing a unique way to handle scale dependence.
