Statistical Description of Fermi System over a Surface in a Uniform External Field
This statistical approach describes Fermi particles confined to a flat surface under a uniform external field. The study derives general formulas for entropy, energy, and thermodynamic potentials, focusing on heat capacities under different conditions. In the continuum limit (large surface area), temperature dependencies of heat capacities and particle density distribution are calculated, including gravitational and electric fields.
