UniCSI Towards a Universal Wi-Fi CSI Encoder for Ubiquitous Human Sensing
UniCSI introduces a unified foundation model for Wi-Fi sensing that handles heterogeneous CSI directly. It uses a physics-informed tokenizer and a spectral aggregator to process diverse frequency measurements without lossy preprocessing. This architecture significantly improves cross-domain transfer under both supervised and self-supervised training, outperforming fixed-grid baselines in challenging scenarios.
