Gyrators for superconducting circuit design
The paper develops a flux-charge symmetric Hamiltonian formalism for circuits with gyrators, inductors, and capacitors (LCG) that guarantees a symplectic reduction for any nonsingular circuit, regardless of non-linearity. It introduces duality transformations to relate non-linear reciprocal circuits and establishes graph-theoretic conditions—specifically regarding the non-reciprocal coupling graph—to determine when a circuit can be simplified or transformed into one without gyrators.
