Kinetics of template-directed multistate copolymerization
This work solves kinetic equations for template-directed multistate copolymerization by molecular machines using an iterated matrix function system (IMFS). It provides exact asymptotic solutions for mean growth velocity, sequence probabilities, and monomer fractions in the copy. The IMFS method is significantly faster than standard numerical simulations, offering high-speed analysis of these complex polymerization processes.
