Proximitized Topological Insulator Charge Island Fabricated via In Situ Multi-Angle Stencil Lithography
The work introduces a fully in situ, multi-angle stencil lithography method to create proximitized charge islands in topological insulators. This technique successfully fabricated pristine interfaces and well-defined tunnel barriers, revealing robust Coulomb blockade and suppressed low-energy conductance consistent with proximity-induced superconductivity.
