Cosmic Duets II. Growth and accretion in Gaia Multi-Peak dual AGN at Cosmic Noon

Researchers analyzed 30 dual Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN) called Cosmic Duets using Gaia data to study their physical properties. Observations showed that black hole masses and luminosities are more balanced than predicted by current simulations, suggesting secondary black hole growth during mergers is more efficient and symmetric than previously modeled.
