Energy-Efficient Risk-Constrained Adaptive Semantic Communications Under Uncertain Adversarial Threats

The framework develops an energy-efficient system for semantic communication that handles adversarial threats by minimizing total energy while respecting constraints on average semantic quality, tail risk, and latency. A recurrent controller jointly optimizes transmit power, bandwidth ratio, and purification complexity using history to adapt to uncertain source domain and over-the-air conditions.
