Theory of Topologically Ordered Superfluids in 2+1 Dimensions

This work creates a general method to describe topological data in 2+1D Topologically Ordered Superfluids (TOSFs). It establishes a two-way mapping: gauging the superfluid's broken symmetry leads to a gapped topological order, and gauging the dual symmetry recovers the original TOSF. This allows encoding all key features—like anyon content and vortex properties—using algebraic tools.
