Mixed modified-gravity--modified-inertia MOND theories
The research explores nonrelativistic MOND theories that modify both gravity and inertia simultaneously through a parameter $\eta$. These mixed theories combine to produce primary MOND predictions, such as rotation curves and mass-asymptotic-speed relations. The key finding is that neither gravity modification nor inertia modification alone yields MOND phenomenology; the combination is necessary.
