Dynamics of the antiferromagnetic spin ice phase in pyrochlore spinels

The study used semiclassical dynamical simulations to model spin dynamics in LiGa$_{0.95}$In$_{0.05}$Cr$_4$O$_8$, focusing on its spin-nematic ground state. The simulations successfully reproduced key features of inelastic neutron scattering experiments, including a broad finite-energy peak and a continuum of scattering near the (200) wave vector, suggesting collective modes confined to ferromagnetic loops and long-wavelength nematic director fluctuations.
