Neuro-Relational Programs: Unifying Queries and Neural Computation over Structured Data
Neuro-Relational Programs (NRPs) create a declarative query language for databases where data facts have numeric vector embeddings. NRPs combine traditional relational reasoning with learnable neural components by interleaving rules that combine, aggregate, and transform these embeddings. This allows the same program to function as both a query plan and a neural architecture.
