Mechanical trisqueezing in circuit quantum acoustodynamics with SNAIL devices

This work demonstrates a hardware-efficient method to create non-Gaussian states called 'trisqueezed states' in mechanical quantum systems. It achieves this by coupling a high-overtone acoustic resonator to a superconducting nonlinear element using parametric flux driving, enabling the implementation of essential non-Gaussian gates for continuous-variable quantum computing and enhanced quantum sensing.
