CHRONOS Science Program
CHRONOS proposes a cryogenic torsion-bar interferometer with a quantum speed meter to detect gravitational waves between 0.1 and 10 Hz. The design uses advanced optical stabilization and quantum measurement techniques to achieve high precision, aiming to observe intermediate-mass black holes, search for stochastic backgrounds, and test fundamental physics.
