PumpSense: Real-Time Detection and Target Extraction of Crypto Pump-and-Dumps on Telegram
PumpSense is a system built to detect and extract details about cryptocurrency pump-and-dump schemes coordinated on Telegram. The research collected over 280,000 messages, developed a lightweight machine learning detector, and used advanced LLMs for target extraction. This provides a practical pipeline for real-time surveillance to flag market manipulation before it causes significant harm.
