Time-Domain Analysis of Surface Acoustic Wave Magnetoelectric Sensors
This study investigated how a magnetoelectric surface acoustic wave sensor responds over time using both simulations and experiments. They used a 3D model to predict wave propagation characteristics like delay time and velocity. The results showed good agreement between the simulation, time-domain analysis, and experimental measurements, confirming the accuracy of the model for characterizing transient SAW behavior.
