Hamiltonian dynamics from pure dissipation

This work investigates whether internal quantum Hamiltonian dynamics can be simulated using only external pure dissipation. The authors show that purely dissipative Lindbladians, which lack an explicit Hamiltonian term, can approximate ideal time evolution within a specific error bound. This means coherent quantum interactions can be mimicked by controlled dissipation.
