Dissipative quantum mechanics of Andreev bound states
This work describes how superconducting junctions conduct current under bias by focusing on the dissipative quantum dynamics of subgap Andreev bound states. It moves beyond simple models to show that a phase-dependent, non-Ohmic dissipative current arises near the gap edge, driven by quasiparticle escape and Landau-Zener tunneling when the Josephson phase nears $2 ext{n}$.
