ClinSeekAgent: Automating Multimodal Evidence Seeking for Agentic Clinical Reasoning
ClinSeekAgent automates clinical decision support by actively gathering multimodal evidence instead of passively consuming fixed data. It queries medical knowledge bases, raw EHRs, and imaging tools to find patient-specific signals. This active acquisition improves performance on risk prediction and serves as a pipeline for training smaller open-source models.
