Programmable all-to-all entangling gates for cavity-coupled atoms
The authors developed a high-fidelity Mølmer-Sørensen type entangling gate using neutral atoms coupled to a photonic cavity. This method enables programmable all-to-all connectivity between spatially separated atoms without needing physical transport or shuttling. The resulting gate achieves fidelities exceeding 99%, paving the way for scalable quantum processors capable of implementing complex error correction codes.
