DC-Flow: Target-Conditioned Cyclic Peptide Design via Delayed-Coupling Flow Matching
DC-FLOW is a generative framework for designing cyclic peptides by decoupling sequence and structure generation using Delayed-Coupling Flow Matching. It generates a backbone first, then sequence, ensuring structural context informs chemical assignments. This staged approach resolves structural ambiguity early, leading to superior cyclization success and more favorable interface energetics compared to previous methods.
