PanoDiff-SR: Synthesizing Dental Panoramic Radiographs using Diffusion and Super-resolution
PanoDiff synthesizes high-quality dental panoramic radiographs (PRs) by combining a diffusion model and a Super-Resolution module. It generates low-resolution image seeds using diffusion, then upscales them to high resolution using a transformer network. This method produces realistic synthetic PRs that are indistinguishable from real ones to clinical experts.
