Adaptive Role Assignment and Controlled Feature Reconstruction for Federated Image Semantic Communication
The ARC-FedSC framework coordinates user role assignment and server-side feature reconstruction under a fixed communication budget for hybrid federated semantic communication. It uses a RAN Aware Role-Bandit mechanism to dynamically assign roles based on historical performance and current radio conditions, and Temporal Consistency Alignment (TCA) to control feature reconstruction reliably.
