Quantifiers of Noise Reducibility Under Restricted Control
The paper introduces quantifiers (Im^, Mm^, Nm^) to measure total, Markovian, and non-Markovian correlations in multitime quantum processes under restricted control. It shows these quantifiers are not monotonic but defines resource versions that are. These resources satisfy subadditivity and relate to noise reduction achievable through dynamical decoupling.
