Spiking neural networks for streaming qubit readout

This work proposes using Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs) to perform fast, low-latency qubit state assignment during streaming readout. By processing data in successive time chunks rather than waiting for the full signal, SNNs provide a time-resolved estimate of the qubit state as it evolves. This method achieves high accuracy on FPGA hardware while significantly reducing latency compared to traditional methods.
