Sharp State-Independent Uncertainty Relations for Multipartite systems
The paper develops a framework using representation theory to find state-independent uncertainty bounds for multipartite quantum systems with compact semisimple symmetry algebras. It shows that total variance decomposes into intrinsic fluctuations within irreducible sectors and a non-negative dispersion between these sectors. This yields the sharp bound determined by the lowest accessible irreducible sector, proving that intrinsic symmetry structure controls ultimate uncertainty.
