SELF & FEIL: Emotion and Intensity Lexicons for Finnish
This study created SELF and FEIL, comprehensive sentiment and emotion lexicons for Finnish. They were built by carefully editing automatically translated versions of existing NRC emotion lexicons to fix issues with machine translation, such as losing nuance. The resulting lexicons show better agreement with expert literary evaluations compared to the original resources.
