Correlation between normal character and Raman intensities of isotopologues of carbon dioxide

The study investigates how a new measure of 'normality' ($\delta-$) correlates with Raman transition intensities and other molecular properties across all carbon dioxide isotopologues at room temperature. Researchers developed a simulation scheme for Raman spectra based on mean polarizability surfaces to establish these links, showing that the degree of normality is strongly related to Fermi interactions and principal intensity ratios.
