Primordial Black Holes are 5D
The study investigates primordial black hole (PBH) formation under Swampland constraints within a Dark Dimension Scenario. It demonstrates that any viable production mechanism, specifically phase transitions and cosmic strings, inevitably results in the formation of five-dimensional (5D) black holes. This suggests PBHs must be 5D regardless of their abundance.
