GlucoPRISM: Protocol-Supervised Pretraining for Cross-Cohort Glucose Transfer
GlucoPRISM pretrains a glucose model by structuring daily monitoring data into three bands: Trait, State, and Sensor. Using synthetic data based on sensor comparisons and day changes, it learns how to separate stable physiological traits from temporal dynamics and device-specific noise. This allows the model to retain high transfer performance when deploying on new sensors without needing specific clinical labels.
