Reduced Arc-Weight Heterogeneity for Master Stability Analysis of Directed Networks

The paper proves that any weakly connected directed topology can be assigned positive arc weights such that its weighted in-degree Laplacian is diagonalizable. This allows for a complete modal decomposition of master stability perturbations, overcoming limitations where standard master-stability equations fail to decouple into independent eigenmodes.
