VDDP: Verifiable Distributed Differential Privacy under the Client-Server-Verifier Setup

This research introduces Verifiable Distributed Differential Privacy (VDDP) to secure distributed DP mechanisms against malicious clients, servers, and verifiers. It uses an Interactive Distributed Proof of Differential Privacy protocol with randomness disentanglement to ensure end-to-end privacy guarantees. The work shows that specific instantiations like VDDLM offer massive speedups in proof generation compared to existing methods.
