Wandering range of robust quantum symmetries
The paper analyzes the wandering range of robust symmetries, which measures how much a symmetry's time evolution deviates under small perturbations ($\epsilon$). It proves that for certain states and symmetries, this deviation scales linearly with $\epsilon$. For completely robust symmetries under bounded perturbations, it provides explicit norm bounds using a quantum KAM iteration scheme to construct an eternal block-diagonal approximation.
