Spatial-Temporal Multi-scale Network for Screen Content Video Quality Enhancement

It uses three components: a dispatcher to route frames, a bidirectional feature extractor to capture context, and a multi-scale module for detail preservation. This results in enhanced video quality with sharper edges and clearer text.
