Chaotic particle dynamics near a traversable wormhole throat
The study investigates how a test particle behaves near a traversable wormhole throat under an external harmonic potential. While locally stable in one dimension, two-dimensional analysis reveals large-scale chaos at high energies. Crucially, even under extreme energy, the system retains KAM tori in certain regions, distinguishing its dynamics from black hole horizons and offering a new criterion for identifying black hole mimickers.
