Displacement-noise-free gravitational-wave detector using quantum tomography of photon orbital angular momentum states

This framework detects gravitational waves by observing quantum transitions between photon orbital angular momentum (OAM) states induced by the wave's passage. By using quantum state tomography on these sidebands, a single detector can resolve all seven wave parameters, including frequency and polarization. This method is displacement-noise-free and offers a broadband probe for mid-frequency gravitational waves.
