Approximating Uniform Random Rotations by Two-Stage Structured Hadamard Rotations in High Dimensions
The study investigates using a two-block structured Hadamard rotation to approximate true uniform random rotations in high dimensions. The results show that while this method accurately preserves the one-dimensional distribution of each coordinate, it fails to capture the full high-dimensional geometry, leaving a persistent discrepancy in global distributions.
