Quasinormal Ringing of de Sitter Braneworlds

This study investigates gravitational perturbations in de Sitter brane configurations, analyzing thin and thick brane models. Analytical calculations reveal that gravitational perturbations, excluding the zero mode, possess a series of discrete, purely imaginary quasinormal modes in late stages. This implies these perturbations decay without oscillation over time.
