Exploring the Transitional Parameter Space of Blazars using Gamma-ray and X-ray Population Diagnostics

This research compared changing-look blazars (CLBs) against flat-spectrum radio quasars (FSRQs) and BL Lacertae objects using gamma-ray and X-ray data. The findings show CLBs occupy an intermediate space between the two main types, but their overall high-energy behavior is statistically more closely linked to FSRQs than BLLs.
