Drive As You Like: Multi-Head Diffusion with Reinforcement Learning for Personalized Driving
M-Diffusion Planner is an RL-guided framework that uses a diffusion model with multiple planning heads to generate personalized driving trajectories based on user intent. An LLM interprets user requests to select a strategy, which then activates the corresponding planner head. This allows for dynamic switching between distinct driving styles without retraining, achieving both style alignment and high planning performance on benchmarks like nuPlan.
