Quantum Information Ordering and Differential Privacy
The study defines an order of informativeness between quantum states based on hypothesis testing divergence. This ordering completely characterizes (ε, δ)-Quantum Differential Privacy (QDP) mechanisms by identifying the most informative state pairs. This framework establishes exact limits for privatized hypothesis testing and parameter estimation, providing mechanism-agnostic bounds.
