Quantized Mereology
This work merges quantum information theory with classical mereology to model vagueness in part-whole relationships. It proposes a framework, Quantized Information Semantics (QIS) Principle, that shows how classical reasoning can be mapped onto qubit states. This means vague relations are captured by 'qubits,' offering a new way to understand uncertainty in AI and qualitative reasoning systems.
