RideBench: A Large-Scale Exogenous-Aware Benchmark for Ride-Hailing Time Series Forecasting
RideBench introduces RideHailing, a large-scale dataset from DiDi data, and RideBench, a benchmark for exogenous-aware ride-hailing forecasting. It tests over 30 models on regular week-ahead and long-horizon forecasts under weather, holiday, and event scenarios. Findings show future known variables help short-term accuracy but current models fail at capturing complex disturbances or reliable long-term trends.
