ChemBART: Pre-training a Reaction Language Model for Comprehensive Synthesis Planning
ChemBART is a unified Large Language Model pre-trained on chemical reactions represented as SMILES sentences. It achieves comprehensive synthesis planning by using one model for multiple tasks, including reaction prediction, property classification, and multi-step route design via Monte Carlo tree search. This allows for efficient, chemically informed generation of novel synthetic pathways.
