One-shot learning of paired association navigation with biologically plausible schemas
The research developed a framework using biologically plausible neural schemas to enable one-shot learning for paired association navigation. The system learns a continuous map representation and an association between sensory cues and goal locations through gradual acquisition, allowing the agent to rapidly navigate new paired associations in novel environments.
