Asymptotic Quantum Dynamics of Ghost Fields
The study investigated ghost fields in local quantum field theory to see how they behave at very long times. It found that interactions between ghosts and multi-particle states persist, causing quantum interference. This masks the negative-norm one-particle ghost state, meaning no truly free asymptotic ghost particle exists.
