Registration-Grounded Spectral Fusion for Unregistered WLI/NBI Endoscopic Lesion Segmentation
The framework addresses misaligned White-light imaging (WLI) and Narrow-band imaging (NBI) by first establishing reliable topological correspondence using topology-regularized registration. It then fuses these modalities in a complex spectral domain, selectively combining WLI's appearance cues with NBI's structural cues based on local reliability maps. This approach ensures accurate segmentation even when images are not perfectly registered.
