Phonon-limited resistivity of multilayer graphene systems
The study calculates how acoustic phonon scattering affects electrical resistivity in Bernal bilayer graphene (BBG) and rhombohedral trilayer graphene (RTG). By focusing on complex band structures like Van Hove singularities, the research found that geometric features cause a nonlinear temperature dependence in the high-temperature equipartition regime, deviating from standard Bloch-Grüneisen scaling. This highlights how band geometry strongly influences transport properties.
