GaussianBench: Physics-Fidelity Evaluation for Gaussian Scene Representations
GaussianBench is a suite designed to evaluate how accurately physics-integrated Gaussian scene representations behave under new conditions. It addresses the gap where visual realism doesn't guarantee correct physical behavior when scenes are manipulated. The benchmark tests conservation, material response, and transport properties using frozen scenes and simulator-independent metrics to distinguish between correct and incorrect physical predictions.
