Resonance Proliferation Across Localization Transitions
The paper introduces a statistical method to predict how many many-body resonances exist at different frequency scales. This method uses a flow equation for an exponent, theta(w), to distinguish between localized and delocalized phases. It shows that the proliferation of these resonances drives systems towards thermalization and delocalization transitions in models like the Anderson model.
